Douglas R. Percy
President and Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned software executive with more than 25 years of corporate leadership experience, Mr. Percy joined MedAptus as President and CEO in December 2007. He brings deep expertise in the sales, operations and management functions of technology providers, including those in the health information sector. As such, Mr. Percy is uniquely qualified to lead MedAptus as it enters a high-growth phase marked by new product offerings and increased market demand. His healthcare domain experience in the area of clinical information systems was gained while serving as CEO and Chairman of the Board at W3Health Corporation as well as President, Chief Operating Officer and Director of HPR, Inc. Mr. Percy most recently acted as President and Chief Executive Officer of Blue Agave Software and has additionally held executive leadership roles at technology companies such as GEAC Computer Corporation and Pansophic Systems. He received his Bachelor's Degree from Merrimack College and his MBA from Pace University.

David Delaney, MD
Vice President, Business Development
Dr. Delaney is responsible for identifying MedAptus growth opportunities and market expansion, driving new products, and developing strategic partnerships. He was most recently the Director of Web Development & Applied Informatics at Boston's Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, a core Harvard Medical School teaching hospital, where he is still a practicing critical care physician and the Associate Director of Medical Critical Care. Dr. Delaney holds a B.A. from Wheaton College, and received his medical degree from State University of New York, Syracuse. His postgraduate medical education was completed at Harvard Medical School, including residency training in Internal Medicine at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, the Harvard Combined Fellowship in Pulmonary & Critical Care Medicine, and a Harvard/National Library of Medicine Fellowship in Medical Informatics. Dr. Delaney also holds an appointment at Harvard Medical School as an Instructor in Medicine and frequently speaks nationally on both medical and technology topics.

William Marshall
Vice President, Client Services
Mr. Marshall manages client services, which consists of account management, implementation & support, and consulting services. Mr. Marshall has over 21 years experience in healthcare and technology. Prior to joining MedAptus, he was National Accounts Manager for Avega, a leading decision support software vendor in the healthcare industry. Previously, Mr. Marshall was National Market Director, leading the launch of decision support solutions for IDX Systems. His entrepreneurial experience also includes leading roles in the launch of the informatics division at Per-Se Technologies, the boutique software development and consulting firm Decision Support Group, Inc. and a home health IV therapy venture with Sutter Health. Mr. Marshall graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a BS in Finance and is an alumnus of the Advanced Training Program of the Institute for Health Care Delivery Research, in which he also participates.

James Scott
Vice President, Software Development
Mr. Scott leads the software development team and is responsible for the design and implementation of all MedAptus technology. He brings more than ten years' experience in requirements analysis, systems design and software project management to the team. Mr. Scott is a recognized expert in software engineering, having lectured and published articles on subjects such as object-oriented programming, software quality assurance, and wireless network security. Prior to joining MedAptus he was a Senior Software Engineer at Harrison and Troxell, a Boston-based software consulting firm, where he led the development of a multi-million-dollar project to build an innovative multimedia Web portal management system. His previous experience includes six years as an Air Force officer with assignments as a software engineer and program manager of mission-critical systems for Air Combat Command and Air Mobility Command. Mr. Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from Northeastern University, as well as a certificate in software engineering from the Air Force Institute of Technology.

Jennifer Crowley
Marketing Director
Ms. Crowley is responsible for the direction and execution of MedAptus' marketing objectives and initiatives. In her role, she oversees the company's public relations activities, Web presence, materials creation, and events management, as well as supports sales efforts. Ms. Crowley has ten years of experience in healthcare and technology public relations, marketing and account management. Prior to joining MedAptus in 2003 she worked at agencies such as ARiA Marketing and Brodeur Worldwide, supporting a variety of health technology sector clients. She has also held a variety of positions in the non-profit healthcare sector. Ms. Crowley received her Master's Degree in Health Communication from the joint Emerson College/Tufts University School of Medicine program and her Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Public Relations from the State University of New York at Geneseo.

A. Dana Callow, Jr.
Chairman Of The Board
Mr. Callow, Managing General Partner of Boston Millennia Partners, has over 20 years of private equity investment experience. Prior to founding Boston Millennia Partners, Mr. Callow co-founded Boston Capital Ventures in 1982. Before that, he worked as a senior consultant at Braxton Associates, an international strategic planning firm that was formed by professionals from Boston Consulting Group and Bain & Co. He worked with Fortune 100 companies in strategic planning and implementing management and acquisition strategies. Mr. Callow is currently, or has served as, a director of many other medical technology companies. He is a member of the Board of Overseers of Tufts University School of Medicine. He is a magna cum laude graduate of Tufts University and holds an MBA degree from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.

Dennis Mitchell
Vice Chairman of the Board
Mr. Mitchell is a distinguished executive with over 30 years of experience in both the healthcare and technology industries. He previously served as MedAptus’ President and Chief Executive Officer; during his tenure, the company experienced significant customer acquisition and user adoption of its Professional Charge Capture. Prior to joining MedAptus, Mr. Mitchell was a Senior Vice President at Per-Se Technologies (since acquired by McKesson Corporation). At Per-Se he directed all operations and client service for the company’s northern division, which included a staff of over 1000. Revenue grew from $44 million to over $90 million under his direction. Mr. Mitchell also once served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Medical Management Information Systems (MMIS), provider of practice and reimbursement services.

Robert W. Jevon
Director
As a Partner at Boston Millennia Partners, Mr. Jevon invests in high growth companies in healthcare and business services. His previous experience includes serving as Controller at the Communications Division at Bolt, Beranek and Newman as well as Chief Financial Officer of the Airline Reservation Systems subsidiary in Copenhagen. He also has held financial management positions at General Electric and Puritan Life Insurance Company. Mr. Jevon is a graduate of Haverford College and holds an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College.
