Position Overview
MedAptus is looking for a team members to train, install and provide ongoing support to users of our Electronic Charge Capture solutions. Candidates should possess exceptional communication, training and analytical skills. The ability to multi-task while working as part of a team, as well as independently, is required. Experience working with healthcare information systems is a strong plus. This position is located in our Boston, MA office.
Essential Job Responsibilities
- Works with the primary account managers of MedAptus clients
- Leads clients through initial implementation and provides post live support
- Works with integration & technical support resources during implementation and beyond
- Defines and measures deadlines and milestones
- Analyzing client business needs to determine optimal configuration of MedAptus solutions
- Establishes an understanding of client technical infrastructure
- Train clients on all aspects of MedAptus solutions, including new features and enhancements
- Providing customer service and troubleshooting application software issues
- Processing requests for system enhancements or modifications to our evolving software
- Updating and maintaining project plans and issue tracking system
- Traveling approximately 50% to conduct new customer training
Required Education, Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelors Degree and applicable training, education, or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with implementations and/or support in a healthcare information systems environment
- Demonstrated strength in issues management and customer relationship skills essential
- Flexible to adapt to a dynamic and rapidly growing organization
- Clinical, financial, administrative or departmental experience in a healthcare setting is a plus, but not required
