Customer Support
What kind of customer support can I expect?
Once you become a customer, you’ll have a dedicated Account Manager to make sure you’re making the most of our solutions. You’ll have access to training documentation as well as receive invitations to our virtual user conference, to stay up to date on best practices and new features. You’ll also be encouraged to do annual health checks, and quarterly optimizations, to make sure you are maximizing all our features and functionality.
If you’d like, we can also come on-site to help with additional training and services.
Does medaptus offer training for their platforms?
Yes. During the implementation process, you’ll receive user training for anyone who will be using our platforms (physicians, revenue cycle leaders, coders etc.). You’ll also receive role-specific training. We’ll also work with you to ensure one of your staff is trained as a “Super User” and can assist others as needed. Post-implementation, you can choose to purchase additional training hours as needed or leverage our Customer Support team for any immediate issues. You can file a support ticket, and they typically respond within one business day.
I forgot my login / How can I login to medaptus?
Every customer has a unique URL to login to their instance of medaptus. If you forgot your login information, ask your Super User at your facility. If you don’t know who that is, you can submit a Support ticket and we will help you resolve it.
