Medaptus Announces New Virtual User Conference, Medaptus Academy, for Customers to Learn Best Practices on Charge Capture, Reconciliation, and More

BOSTON, MA – August 15, 2023 – Medaptus, a leader in revenue cycle management, announced today they are hosting their annual virtual user conference, called the medaptus Academy: Essentials of Revenue and Process Optimization, on November 14-15, 2023. Medaptus Academy is the only healthcare revenue technology conference hosted by experts in Charge Pro, medaptus’ EHR-integrated charge capture solution.  

Medaptus Academy gives medaptus Charge Pro customers access to 12+ hours of training, knowledge sharing, and exposure to revenue best practices. On the agenda are hands-on training, product demos, Q&A sessions, as well as refreshers on how to maximize Charge Pro’s unique coding rules and customizations.  

The Academy is designed for users of Charge Pro, such as revenue cycle leaders, medical coders, billing and AR specialists, physicians, practice managers, and related roles. Guest speakers will include coding professionals, hospital supervisors, CMOs, VP of Revenue Cycle leaders, and directors of operations from organizations that currently use medaptus solutions. The conference spans two days with three tracks, and more than 25 sessions for registrants to choose from based on their interests and schedule.
